In addition, we (or our third-party credit card, payment processors and background check processors on our behalf) may collect personal data including your credit card number, bank account information and social security number when you use UpRize for the purpose of providing services that are an integral part of UpRize, such as running background checks, confirming your arrival and departure from accepted assignments, and coordinate payment to you for work done.

Please note none of the employees from UpRize would ever ask you to provide credit card number, bank account information and social security number. This is an automatic process and required only on need basis. For example:

Credit Card/Bank Account/PayPal:
– is needed when an employer wants to buy credits for their UpRize accounts for posting jobs or payments for assignments
– Or, when a candidate/job seeker wants to opt for a premium add on service
– Or, wants to get paid for the service rendered to the employers

Social Security and Date of Birth:
– When a candidate’s file goes for third party verification where the information is needed for verification, and/or if requested by the employer post an offer

UpRize respects and assures complete secrecy of the information shared by the stakeholders via automated process. All such inputs remain hidden in the system and none other than the concerned employers or the third-party verification agencies who are responsible to get the information are authorized to see the details.

We request the employers and candidates to have complete discretion and request not sharing of any such information verbally or in email or social media. Since the process is 100% automated within the UpRize system, UpRize would not be held responsible if any such information is still shared outside it’s system or it’s scope.

We also retain information on your behalf, such as the personal data described above and any correspondence. If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply, and any information that you submit to us. When you post in our public support forums, the information contained in your posting will be stored on our servers and other users will be able to see it. We take care to ensure that all our data collection complies with applicable laws and regulations. We do not collect all of the above-described data in every case.

In some cases we may not be able to remove your personal information. In such cases we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why. The information we gather may be shared within our clients, MSPs or UpRizeNow.com designated employees. Additional security is provided to you by your 4-digit PIN which helps you in ensuring the legitimacy of login in case if you logging-in from a different system other than your authorized mobile number. We therefore recommend for you to not share the 4-digit PIN fed in the registration form with anyone. The PIN can be changed by you any time as per your convenience online. The PIN is not visible to any of the UpRize employees.
